Data deletion instructions

1. Data we store

When you sign in with Facebook, we store your name and verified email address to create and manage your account. Order history, addresses, and support messages are kept to fulfill purchases and provide customer service.

2. How to request deletion

You can remove app access or request full deletion:

• Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → remove ASLA TRADE.
• Email us at support@aslatrade.com with subject “Data deletion request” and the email on your account.
• Use our Contact page.

3. GDPR & CCPA rights

Residents of the EU/UK and California may also request access, correction, or portability of personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

4. Processing time

Verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days (typically 24–48 hours for account removal). Some records may be retained where required by law (tax, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution).
